I just drank 1L water in 4 minutes on an empty stomach. I'm so bloated rn and it was pretty amazing. Felt really turned on, and I realised that being turned on allowed me to consume more.

I also noticed from previous capacity training times that orgasming (im a guy) suddenly makes the stomach being full very nauseating, as if the horny buff to my stomach capacity suddenly got removed. (to explain it in gamer terms).

How do you people train your capacity? I plan on doing this every day for the coming weeks to see if I can get it to 1.5L.

I bloat myself up almost every day using air. I gulp down air until it hurts just a tiny bit and try to hold it in for at least a minute before burping it out.
I'm not sure what my current stomach capacity is like, but I easily drank 4 liters of milk the other day, so I'd say it's pretty big

How do you gulp it? When I try, I guess it just goes into my lungs, because I never feel anything.

Here is my progress in about a month of sporadically "training"!
26/10 - 1L in 6 minutes.
29/10 1.2L in 7 minutes (1L in 3 minutes).
02/11 1.3L in 7 minutes, 1.46L in 9 minutes.
03/11 1L in 3.5 minutes, 1.4L in 7 minutes, 1.5L in 11 minutes.
04/11 1L in 2:58 minutes, 1.55L in 8:55 minutes.
07/11 1L in 2:08 minutes, 1.6L in 12:30 minutes.
08/11 I threw up unfortunately.
16/11 1L in 2:30 minutes, 1.6L in 12 min
23/11 1L in 2:17 minutes, 1.6L in 5:15 min!

You should be careful doing this. Water poisoning is no joke

Fastest I've ever done was a gallon of water in less than three minutes with a small salty meal in my stomach.

I'm good at gulping down air and I was wondering whether it increased my stomach capacity for the longest time.

Will it speed up things if I do it multiple times a day and is there anything else I need to know? Also how effective is it compared to using water to train capacity?

I personally don't like training my capacity with water since it's a pain having to go to the toilet constantly. Even if swallowing air is less effective than water I'd prefer air since it isn't time consuming.

If anyone else does this as well I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

Sorry for the late reply! I haven't really been on here for a while, and I honestly don't know whether my explanation will make any sense at all.

When swallowing air, I usually start fast and slow down once I start to feel full.

When going fast, I fill my mouth with air from my lungs, puffing my cheeks up and dropping my jaw just to fit a tiny bit more air in at once. I then open my throat and constrict my cheeks. The first gulp usually makes a weird burp-like sound for me, but maybe that's just my body being weird. I repeat this until I feel a little bit full.

Once I feel full-ish, I take in smaller gulps by exhaling into my mouth a little bit, and pushing it down using my tongue as though I'm sipping a beverage. Don't overdo it too much though, or you might end up accidentally burping everything out

Sorry if this explanation makes no sense and/or doesn't help at all, swallowing is weird.
