New gainer looking for advice

for me, getting completely stuffed at every meal isn't feasible. during the day i need to be able to focus enough to work and when i'm stuffed to my max i can't focus on anything except how full i am.

so during the day i eat main meals that might be a little more than what the average person would eat, but not obscenely so, and then graze on snacks in between meals. i've found this is the best way for me to add extra calories to my daily intake without making a spectacle of myself at mealtimes and without putting myself into a food stupor. making sure i have both sweet snacks and savoury/salty snacks about is key as well, to make sure i don't make myself feel sick.

and recently, to push my gains, i've had a cake batter and heavy cream shake before bed. it's the one time of day i can be in a daze from packing my stomach full and just enjoy being stuffed.

i'm not an expert so don't know if i have a lot of advice to give on that. where you gain weight and store fat is often genetic and outside of your control.

i do know if you want more even fat deposits across your body instead of all of it going to your belly you want to try avoid or at least reduce the amount of visceral fat you gain. there's lots of info both on these forums and across the internet on visceral fat and why it's not good.

subcutaneous fat is the kind you want to gain for a more even fat distribution. heavy cream seems to be one of the best things for gaining subcutaneous fat rather than visceral. that's about all i know and can tell you. i hope that helps.

Best way to go about it really is to eat till your full. Not stuffed. And graze through out the day and more or less ride that fullness till bed time. Then If you wish. Go ahead and top off before bed. That way when you wake up the next morning. You will be hungry But not at the same time.
