First time doing this

I had been a health nut for many years which, combined with a fast metabolism, hasn't been the best combination for gaining.

I've wanted to be fat since I was a teenager, but pulling it off has required quite a bit of persistence.

Consistently increasing caloric intake is key. Some people do this by eating larger amounts of calorie-rich foods. The only thing that has really worked well for me has been heavy whipping cream. The stuff is amazing. Someone on here referred to it as "magic blimp juice," and I definitely agree with that.

Aside from the results, I like the heavy whipping cream because it lets me gain weight in a "healthier" way, and the weight comes on as soft, squishy, and deliciously jiggly subcutaneous fat.

In addition to the heavy whipping, I had to add some carbohydrates to make sure I was actually consuming enough of it. When I recorded my daily food intake, I found out that my normal diet is so low in carbs that I would sometimes get quite close to going into ketosis. To prevent this, I just drink some juice after drinking the heavy whipping cream. As a bonus, the juice kind of acts like a chaser and helps get rid of the aftertaste from the heavy whipping cream.

The body can only digest about 1,000 calories of heavy whipping cream per sitting. This is about 10 fluid ounces. It takes two hours to digest the fat. I had been drinking 10 fluid ounces, spaced at least two hours apart. In total, I was doing this about five times per day.

I recently started gaining again, but was initially only drinking three servings per day. When the weight gain started to kick in, I was shocked that my results were the same as they were when I drank it five times per day. I have a suspicion about that, and am testing it out right now by drinking the heavy whipping cream four times per day.

The last tip I recommend is gaining in cycles. For example, I'll gain weight for 4 weeks, and then take a one-week break. During the break, I just eat my regular low-calorie diet. The idea is to try to trick the body into thinking that you're dieting. Ideally, this would increase your body's set-point, which would help the weight gain stick.

I find weight gain to be so addicting. I have already gained eight pounds during my current cycle, and I was so excited by this that I could barely weight for my next serving of heavy whipping cream.

Best of luck to you and happy gaining!
