First breakfast - load up on eggs (i like scrambled), pancakes or waffles, roll of susage, lots of milk
Second breakfast - loaded double stack breakfast sandwich or chicken & waffles
Morning snack - big yogurt parfait with granola
Lunch - 3 quarter pound burgers with fries, soda and milkshake
Afternoon snack - chips & dip spread (bags of wavy potato chips and tortilla chips with several different dips)
Big ass dinner - whole chicken maybe 2, potatoes & gravy, whole tray of mac&cheese, green beens, whole pack of rolls
Dessert - a whole cake and different flavored pints of ice cream
Midnight snack - half gal of chocolate milk and a pack of cookies
