As far as high calorie foods I've been doing about a pint of heavy cream (mixed with soy milk) per day for the past week. Too early to know for sure how it will turn out, but others claim to have had success.
Peanut butter is also a pretty good one. I used to recommend more sugar-heavy snacking, which can be fun from an indulgence side, but (apparently, at least according to what I've read) can lead to more visceral fat gains. Just depends on what you're looking for.
The biggest thing you have to do is just eat more for an extended period of time. It sounds obvious and overly simple, but consistency is key. A few odd stuffings here and there are fun but won't hold a match to a slow and steady gainer.
