Deff a fantasy thing. As someone who suffered with dvt and ither fat relates complications that shit is scary. But the fantasy of it is still fun/hot to think about

It sounds like it’s more serious than a fantasy for you, right? And it sounds like maybe you feel disappointed (and maybe also surprised) that other people aren’t as serious about it. Is that right?

I think there are real death feeders out there. But being faced with your own mortality is always a rough experience.

While you may have embraced that this is how you are going to die, having that first heart attack is still fucking scary. There are still people who keep going, but they're uncommon.
