Ive been finding that lately when I don't have time to eat a meal but can drink some calories, im ordering a frappe from Starbucks made with heavy cream…. But im having a hard time finding the measurements used to see if that is even a sustainable option. I want to disguise the fact that im drinking HC in public but also get as much as possible. Has anyone done the math for this or tried it maybe without ice? Im close to finding an alternative but in the mean time this is what I've got.
