my first post on here :-)
so I've read up a lot on here and I've been taking on carbs in the form of soda and breads pretty heavily and drinking about a pint and a half of heavy whipping cream for about 5 days straight and my goodness, I'm blowing up! my belly full on jiggles and hangs over my waistband noticeably and the thighs and butt of my pants are getting uncomfortably tight, in 5 days!
I'm up about 1.6-1.8lbs in 5 days, I plan to continue cream for another 2 days and probably step it up because it's the weekend, then stop for at least a week to help normalize my body.
my question is, I hear lots of people on here saying that cream has a "delayed gain" effect so if I were to stop in 2 days and if I'll probably be up 2-2.5 lbs for the week... what can I expect from the days/weeks following?
