Healthy for me would be a max of 174 pounds and a BMI of 24.9. I currently weigh 435 and have a BMI of 62.4, putting me at about 2.5% heavier than a "normal" person of my height.

Well, let’s see here… I am 6’3”, for me the ideal weight is 152-199lbs. Currently, I am 234lbs with a bmi of 29.24. Which would then make me 35 pounds over what is considered the maximum “norm.”

I think that to have a "normal" weight, we should care more about our diets and our habits. Just need 15- 30 minuter to exercise each day, eat more vegetables, and fruits and drink more water. Sometimes, we can also relax by playing idle mining empire to relax. Then, we no longer worry about our weight anymore.
