Hello, I'm trying to decide an ultra high calorie ice cream recipe for myself, I got the dairy proportions down, 3 pints heavy cream, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 4 oz skim milk to bring the relative butterfat content down so I can actually churn it. Now for how much sugar and other stuff, that's why I'm coming to y'all for help as I just don't know, so please come to me with the highest calorie ice cream base recipes you know of, thank you in advance.
