You just need to open up to the people you find. If you're in a good relationship for any amount of time honesty is best anyway. It'll take stress off of you not to keep it in and a lot of the time your S/O will be more receptive than you expect. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won't, but thats the gamble. Who knows you may find someone who dives in head first.
