My gainer shake journey

I'm going to be posting here for my gainer shake journey. The rules are simple:
2-3 of them a day, 1000+ calories each
1 stuffing a day

Shake recipe is 4 scoops protein, 16 oz cream, and either chocolate or caramel syrup
