This is pretty basic advice but it's geared toward those who maybe get full easily when they eat.

Drink. your. calories.

Ditch the water and grab a soda or some chocolate milk. Keep that caloric intake going when you don't want to chew more food.

I always like to keep a glass of chocolate milk near me because I know that it's full of calories that will keep my weight gain goals going.
