How do i gain a squishy chubby belly?

Currently I’m about 200lbs and my belly doesn’t really stick out. It’s more hard than chubby. It kinda feels like the weight is disperse all over my body which I don’t like. I want my belly to be extremely round and very squishy. What are some ways I could gain fat on my belly and be squishy/chubby? Can I eat/drink certain things? Does sleep effect this? I kinda stay up a lot every night, I don’t really want to sleep more than I already do. Maybe the time I’m staying up could be used to really stuff myself

Sounds like you have a lot of visceral fat (fat around the organs). It's mostly due to genetics and hormone levels. You can eat cleaner, get on a better sleep schedule, exercise more, and cut back on alcohol.

I can't promise you that it will completely turn your visceral fat to subcutaneous (fat under the skin), but it will help.

How do i gain a squishy chubby belly?

I used to drink all the time and got a beer belly and since I quit, I lost 20 lbs. Then I gained with peanut butter for a week at a time and Ive been up and down 5-7 lbs for 3 month. I so far gained using peanut butter 5 times (3 seperate weeks with a week break inbetween and 2 weeks in a row one time)

WELL, let me tell you peanut butter didn't make me heavier, I actually lost weight after the week of gaining and all my measurements stayed the same from when I started. My belly has become almost soft enough to have a double belly naturally when I sit (I had virtually no rolls when I sat down before just a round belly). So basically I lost/ maintained weight, but got fatter. Which is amazing!!

I highly recommend peanut butter. It is healthier fat to gain and it's a cheaper option. It will make you flabby!
