Fat experiences

My obesity effects my family

Tellmeimfat:
I was always over weight and put on diets, sent to boot camps/gyms, and dieticians growing up. Well when I just couldn’t keep off the weight and I got older my parents gave up. And I let loose, I used to be maybe 15-20 pounds over weight. Well because of all the restricting over the years, I fattened myself up real good when I had freedom. I’m talking about getting stoned and eating past the point my body begged me to stop. Filling myself up with fast food and just junk. The weight caught up to me, and in 2.5 years I gained a little over 100lbs. It’s all fat, I know it. I’m so lazy, my stomach is never full anymore because of all the stretching as a young adult. I eat on average 3,200 calories a day. I don’t work out whatsoever and my average daily step count is 400 steps.
I’m just a very lazy, unhealthy, obese 21 year old still in college living at home. My parents are disappointed in not my laziness but my weight.
Anyways what I wanted to say was tonight I took a 1L tub of ice cream into my room, I let it melt a bit for 10 minutes then practically inhaled it. I’m still not full. Anyways I went to throw out the tub, and I walked past my parents.
Dad: “Is that the tub I bought two days ago?”
Me: yeah sorry did you want some?
Dad: guess not anymore, geez (my name) you ate it all in one shot though?
Me: I was hungry..
Dad: *clearly disgusted and upset
I throw out the tub and hear my mom say “God look at her jiggling with every step.”
I’m eating a bag of chips in my room now.
Part of me feels bad they are so upset by how fat I’ve gotten, the other part of me doesn’t care, because I know I’m going to get fatter than this, and this is just my life. Maybe if they didn’t restrict me I would have my goal weight set to 150lbs not 400lbs. Anyways I’m not going to stop eating til this chip bag is empty so I can throw it out in front of them.
If you like my content and want to encourage me to get fatter and fatter, than fat shame me under any of my posts🐷❤️

Good luck with your situation.

I will say that, as a courtesy to your parents, do not eat all the community food. That is rude.

Instead, leave enough for the others and get your own pig-out stash.

You sound a little lost and not really happy with your over all situation. Do you really *want* to be fat / fatter? Do you like it and feel at ease in your body? Or is it just the (supposedly) easier way to say "I decided to be a lazy person". You are so young, you have all the opportunities. If you want and like to be fat, wouldn't it be nice to be a *happy* fat person? You can be that. But do not look for advice (only) on FF.

Mooidik:
strongly worded!! I'm a bit older and want to be fat! and yet family nagging remains a thing

Yes, of course. Family, especially parents always have a different "aim" for their childrens' lives. But that's not what I mean, with having all the opportunities, not "changing for others". Sometimes people (especially younger people due to lack of life experience or due to mislead advice" from others) do not really have this certain connection to their real feelings about the body they live in. I think it's important to find out what *you* really want. What makes *you* happy. Not another person, be it a relative or a stranger.
