MrCupeKe:
I just heard from a friend that I could be incredibly healthy if I exercise, even if I have tons of weight on me. Is this true? I wanna gain and grow a huge belly, so would I be able to maintain good health by exercising, and just go home and stuff myself silly? I definitely don’t want to lose any weight, I just don’t want it to be dangerous to gain.

It is true to a degree. Yes, exercise can midigate the health risks associated by weight gain, but only so much. If you eat like crap, you are at an increased risk of health issues. And, at some point, if you get too big, you will be unhealthy no matter what you do.
There's a lot of risk with this kink the fatter you get. I would recommend regular doctor visits for monitoring your vitals.
These are facts. The more human gains fat, more likely it gets there will health-related side effects.
It is also true, that exercise will (not in crazy over doing amounts) help with health.
In my humble opinion people who aim to gain weight would benefit from exercise (cardio for heart and lungs and weights for muscle 🍑). Yes, you may need to eat a bit more calories to gain but isn’t that part of the fun?
