I’ve been doing gainer shakes with ice cream, heavy cream, peanut butter, and protein powder every day for the past several days. It definitely bloats me up, but it always goes away by the next morning. I’ve also been drinking Boost occasionally, and eating in caloric surplus every day. Today, I woke up significantly softer than usual, but with no change on the scale, and no other visible changes. Is this a sign that I’m about to see/feel some progress? Excited to start packing on some weight and wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect.
