The tricky thing about what you're asking is none of us know what your fiancée considers to be "almost unattractive" and we dont have the ability to ask her. I think this is the sort of thing that you and your fiancée probably need to have a little more communication about to establish, or at least get a feel for, each others' limits.
It doesn't need to be a formal negotiation or anything, but asking her what she considers to be the line between "sexy fat" and "morbidly obese" is a good place to start. If you don't want to be direct about it yet maybe show her pics of big guys of various sizes to gauge her reaction.
But again, settings boundaries and limits with each other is good and helps build the foundation for a healthy relationship. If you aren't getting enough info with a subtle approach try asking her.
