What was your weight "tipping point"?

My weight fluctuated for years between 160-220. Then back a few years ago now I had dropped from 220down to 190ish. Unintentionally put on 50lbs in a few months and hit my highest of 240. Let myself give in and the weight didn't slow down again until 290 a few months later. So in my experience there's multiple "breakpoints" where once I get passed them the weight will pile on.
