Gaining

I tried a little bit of heavy cream, but god the taste is awful. I can't figure out how others just drink it. What sorta additive can I mix to make it less... just hard to even swallow

I made Ice Cream milkshakes using the stuff.

1) Add a drop of milk
2) Add the Ice cream
3) Wait a few minutes for it to soften
4) Blend
5) Add Cream
6) Quick blend again

The reason for adding the cream later is to reduce lumps.

Others I've seen in other topics recommend using it when cooking.

Add some Torani syrup. That makes it like melted ice cream. I often do that and add peanut butter.
