I tried them a few years ago and found the texture and flavor completely disgusting, far worse than even straight heavy cream, and they’re also expensive. If you can put up with all that, they would probably put some pounds on you. Still, unless you’re hoping to do a dirty bulk type gain and build some muscle on top of getting fat, in which case the protein in the mass gainer would help you, you’re probably better off just eating a lot and/or using heavy cream.
