For the past 3 weeks or so I've been on a month long gaining challenge and at first I'd go all out and try to pack as many calories as I could for a day or two and take a day off. My mindset has slowly changed as my capacity has increased and as I've gained 10+ pounds. Now instead of taking a break here and there, my break days consist of me still eating thousands of calories because I'm like, "what's another X-number of calories?" or, "I've already gained 10+ pounds, a few more isn't a big deal" and before I know it, I'm at 3000-4000 calories on my days where I'm not pushing as hard.
you really let you inner glutton out sounds a lot like me after I gave up trying to diet! Don’t forget to take lots of befores before you get to big!😉
