Gaining

Gaining with no appetite and no heavy cream

I've gained 24lbs so far, but I've hit a big plateau. How should I gain with little to no appetite and heavy cream?

I eat until I'm full before sleeping and I eat inconsistently already, which I assume is how I managed to gain 24lbs. But I don't think that'd work anymore if I want to gain past my current weight (no change in weight for 4 months).

I also can't digest a huge amount of food at once and have been skinny my whole life until now.

I was in a very similar situation. No matter what I did I couldn't gain more than 20 pr so pounds..I persevered and mixed heavy cream with serious mass weight gain shakes and just kept eating even..Im not going to lie it was hard work and I didn't feel great at times but I pushed through it and it was worth it..gainning is much easier now

it's a relief to hear it eventually gets easier

Consistency is key! I felt the same way when I first started but your appetite will grow you can also play with bloating as well to stretch your stomach

How effective would swallowing air as a way to bloat and increase stomach capacity be?

I did some research just now and apparently it works well but I'm a bit unsure. Here's the link to the post fantasyfeeder.com/forum/posts

Your profile says you're 21. If you've been skinny all of your life, this means you have a high metabolism.

The good news is that this slows with age. I had a similar issue. I didn't make any significant gains until I was 23/24.

You can lower your metabolism naturally, but be advised that this may come back to bite you as you get older.

How do I lower my metabolism? I've been trying to gain for nearly 2 years now so I'm 100% sure I won't regret it. I'd normally be more cautious but I've been liking my 24lb gain for 4 months now. I've maintained my weight (although unintentionally) and have given plenty of thought about it.

Here are some ways to safely lower your metabolism:

Also, don't be afraid to take a break from actively gaining. Sometimes stressing about gaining makes it harder for gainer. Sometimes, when you take a break and focus on just enjoying yourself, you end up accidentally gaining.
