They said practical. This is not practical. This will make you sick and you'll end up tapping out before you reach your full potential.

That said, wear clothes that you can comfortably expand in. Bonus points if they obscure your gain. You'll be able to eat more, keep your clothes for longer, and feel more comfortable gorging yourself often.

Have plenty of snacks of all kinds available and within reach. Mine include healthy snacks too. Sunday, between meals, I snacked on corn chips and ranch dip, broccoli and hummus, carrots and peanut butter, yogurt, nuts, oreos, strawberries, ice cream, cheese, crackers, slices of pepperoni, donuts, and celery with pimiento cheese. I was able to snack essentially non-stop because I had variety.

Yup. I dip baby carrots in PB. I know... not everyone's cup of tea. Don't judge, LOL. 😊😊😊

Constant snacking, no matter how big or small. When dating my husband I used to hand him a packet of cookies after his class. A few months later I was walking by the building where he had class, to see him resting on a bench and eating his own snack.
Always have snacks anywhere they can fit, anywhere you spend time, and making your spaces be those in which you can sit for long periods of time. Anything that gets you eating more, moving less is good.
