I'm pretty big eater and can easily put away well over 10,000 calories in a day without ever feeling overly full. I took a break for a while, and cut my calorie consumption significantly. Within the past few days, I've gone back to my typical eating habits, and I'm enjoying not having any limits.
My Saturday food intake was probably a pretty standard day for me. It included:
Breakfast
6 eggs, scrambled with cheese and mushrooms
Salmon and cream cheese bagel
2 hash brown patties
Cup of yogurt
Coffee with cream and sugar
Yogurt drink
Snack
2 glazed chocolate donuts
Mt. Dew
Lunch
Pizza flatwich with sausage, extra cheese, jalapenos, and black olives
Cheese fries
2 beers
Movie theater snack
Large vanilla coke (64 oz)
Large bucket of popcorn with butter
Pretzel bites with beer cheese
Fast Food order
Impossible burger with cheese
Large Dr. Pepper
Dinner
10 chicken tenders
Ranch dip
Fries
4 pieces of Texas Toast
Glass of Cabernet Sauvignon
Snack 1
Diet Coke
Caramel cheesecake ice cream
Snack 2
Grilled cheese
Doritos
Milk
Snack 3
Peanut butter toast
Hot tea
After all that food, I'm comfortably full, but not stuffed to bursting. I'll probably eat similarly on Sunday. Of course, my Thanksgiving weekend stuffings will make this look like a supermodel's diet.
