Foods that cause a huge bloat

i love stuffing and bloating to the point of having a really distended stomach and not really being able to comfortably move, but i am also an athlete and need to maintain my weight for me team.

that means i'm looking for foods/recipes/ideas to give that full feeling and a huge bloat without a ton of calories. my favorite i know right now is 2 subway footlongs + 2 liter of diet soda (good protein source, relatively low calories, high sodium so lots of water retention)

that ^ is pretty close to my limit but i'm looking to get better smiley

anyway what are some good foods for stuffing and bloating? (preferably low cal)


Anything fermented is good. Fermented foods and beverages make you gassy, are already good for you, and they can be very low in calories.

a quick search said that cheeses and yogurts were examples of fermented foods. i'm thinking vinegary things too like sauerkraut (probably perfect actually) or pickles might work? do you have any other specifics i should look at?


Be careful consuming too much vinegary things. It will mess up your stomach lining.
