She can present her profile anyway she likes. That being said though, there are plenty on here that claim they're looking for relationships and have a barren profile. This isn't singling out the OP btw. Just a general observation.
For people seeking out a relationship it is typically a show of good faith that you put a little bit about yourself.
Honestly it was just a suggestion, still no idea if they are real or not regardless.
