Pasta is a good idea !
The question is a do u want it as fattening as possible or a awesome taste with just extra calrires
A thick creamy sauce is the way to go !
I can recommend a mushroom/cream sauce !
You start by frying the mushrooms and onions on medium heat with a lot of oil because they take u a lot of the oil one they are saturated
U ad cream some dry broth.
And let it cook to become a thick once u cooked the pasta (I think fossili are perfect because they can hold a lot of the sauce)
You are them together with pasmesan chees !
