Gaining

Intake

I guess this indicates my eagerness to grow.

But I found in recent big meals, I can down more as a shake, than food you have to masticate. So I am thinking to blend some foods into a thick paste, so you can swallow a big mouthful in one go, no crewing required.

I can see this could increase my intake before fullness kicks in , and will improve digestion rates, to ensue even more intake.

I'm sure it would work. I haven't blended foods, but I have done tons of shakes, to which I added all kinds of fattening extras, like butter, vegetable oil, and heavy cream. They were definitely easy to consume, and I came up with a few recipes that were 3K calories or more that helped me fatten fast

The only reason I didn't experiment more is that, in addition to being a feedee and a stuffer, I'm also a total foodie, and a lot of my gaining has been driven my enjoyment of gorging on different tastes and flavors.

This is called pre-digestion. You make the foods easier to consume by needing to chew them less.

Personally, I do not want to have a club sandwich smoothie. Takes all the enjoyment out of eating, and some foods do not smoothie.

Like, you do you boo, but I'm gagging.

Munchies, you made me think of what my epic Thanksgiving feast would have been like blended. Definitely not knocking BWL's theory by any means (or for that matter, how anyone chooses to gain), but my brain also said, "I ate a 9x13 pan of stuffing and a 9x13 pan of Mac and cheese. What if they had been shakes?" đŸ˜±

LMAO!

It's not the worst thing in the world. Pretty harmless, actually.

It's just ... a choice ...

I don’t know about turning whole meals into “smoothies”, but I often prefer easy to chew foods (Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cheeseburgers on soft buns) over “harder” stuff because I can eat more faster when I am hungry.
