Hi wanted to ask if any of you have experinace with pushing it a couple of days to a week in a row
I kind of have that fantasy were I take a week of and basically eat !
I am a big guy and I can eat but I notice when I push it with a serous stuffing i can manage 5000 calories with out a real problem and had a couple of 10000+ days.
But you feel it the next day 😅
So keep going eating like 100000 calories in a week ?
What can u recommend to prepare and support ?
I think like enzymes, capacity training etc
