2 cups bisquick
1 pound of sausage
12 ounces pimento cheese or 8 ounces sharp shredded cheese
1 tablespoon of Texas Pete mild hot sauce
Combine all the ingredients together in a big ball the cheese is your choice but don’t add both unless you’re interested in double the sausage and bisquick and mild hot sauce once combined re roll out 36-72 1 inch balls on a baking sheet and place in oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
