Food suggestions!

I just want general food suggestions. I'm neurodivergent and struggle with mental health, so sorting out what my diet should consist of is a struggle. I am 5'3 200lbs, I used to be 240lbs so my goal is that. My partner is long distance so he isn't able to help me shop or feed me as much as he'd like to.

I have been trying to increase my protein and fat intake, but I really struggle to find affordable good tasting things to add to my diet to increase my overall calories. I need snacks and easy to make/grab meal ideas that will fatten me up! I work in fast food and try to order lunch here when I can but it's a little too much to just eat fried food all the time. I need something more practical than just eating super unhealthy junk sometimes and hoping that does it alone.

I am lactose intolerant as far as I can tell, but I'm willing to eat dairy anyways. Prefer suggestions OTHER than shakes or chugging cream though for that reason 🤣

Meal replacement recommendations are appreciated too! Things like protein bars or snacks you've found that are tasty. I live in Eastern US. I just love food and I'm having a hard time feeding myself, so I need ideas for tasty stuff I won't get sick of eating all the time!
