Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I tried the contact us form several days ago and have yet to receive a reply.

I can no longer read past the first page on premium stories. Instead I’m met with a button to get a subscription for premium which I already have. The last time I was charged was on Aug 3rd and I have not canceled my sub at all. so I should still have access.

Thanks for getting in touch about your subscription. Sorry to hear you've sent a message to us and not received a response. I have checked to see if I could find a message from you, but no results came back when searching with your email address. So I can only apologise that for some reason this message has not come through.

I have checked your subscription and can see that a payment was taken. When PayPal receives a payment, once it clears a notification is then sent automatically from PayPal to our site so that the upgrade features are applied. Unfortunately the PayPal notification has not been sent, even though your payment cleared successfully.

Apologies that this has resulted in the upgrade features not being applied to your account. I have now manually added the upgrade for you effective from today for 1 month.

To stop this from happening again, I have cancelled your subscription. Meaning once the upgrade that I have manually added expires on 19th September 2024 you would need to take out a new subscription for the Fantasy upgrade.

I will email you this response with some further details, in case you don't see this reply to your post.
