How long can one gain in a healthy way

Hey...
Long story short I married the man of my dreams, who when I simply said I like hefty guys (he was a slightly plump 190lbs to my 215) and told him about feedism he went hog(lol)wild.
At the same time I started losing weight due to my a1c (although I have always wanted to be thin).
Ngl, that contrast of him gaining and me losing made me horny 24/7. I just loved the feel of his rolls of fat getting bigger and bigger as I got smaller and smaller. I was on cloud nine.
He is up to 362 now to my 105. Ngl, I just look at him now and get a little wet. The fact that he workouts out daily (power lifter) and that I feed him pretty clean, with heavy cream mixed with protein powder being the mainstay when he is on his yearly gaining cycle, I think has allowed him to really only have high blood pressure that we keep in check with meds as a side effect of his 160 lbs gain in 3 or so years.
He has already started drinking a quart of cream because he wants to get to 400 by Halloween.
I guess my question to y’all is how long can one gain like this until health issues arise? Or stay as active as he does?
I told him that he is plenty big for me, but he has 💯 become a feedee and does not want to stop. I just worry that might be to big and have told him so. He did reassure me that he will stop if he has health issues, but tbh I kinda doubt he will at time. He is sooo into this now.
Any advice?

Its hard to say. I have a degree health, wellness & fitness & studied 3 years in a dietetics program (Ironic I know) and I have read tons of peer reviewed, double blind studies on tons of health related issues. Lifestyle & genetics play a big part, reducing stress helps a ton, sleeping enough, getting enough micronutrients & water is important, not using tobacco products & drinking helps to keep you healthy as well. Even having great oral hygiene will help reduce your chances of a heart attack. The point of being too heavy to be healthy will depend on the individual. Id say take a good look at his family, what health problems they have had, what type of diet & lifestyles do they have, & that will give you somewhat of an idea of what he might be susceptible to & adjust from there.

His family medical history is pretty good outside of alcoholism(he doesn’t drink). There are some issues with his dad’s hips and knees, but I think that is really from his time as a roofer.

My partner and I are into extreme feedism. So, out of abundance of caution, he gives me full access to his medical records and updates me about every doctor's appointment. He also tells me any time he doesn't feel well for any reason.

Our communication is open and we have no secrets. This way, I know when it's safe to indulge as well as how intense we can be.

I get how you feel. Feeders can have a lot of guilt if our feedees get hurt or sick - even if we aren't at fault or completely to blame. But I cannot stress just how much have mutual trust and communication helps with that.

I would say he should gain slowly or faster but take little breaks so that his body can get accustomed to carrying the weight on the longer run.

Weight training would be good if trying to keep mobile while gaining weight.

Also suggesting adding vitamin D & Calcium or checking levels on blood for bone strength, this is important when carrying extra weight.

Collagen is good too. Keeps the skin supple as you grow and promotes joint health.

I’m interested in gaining in a healthy way, and gaining of subcutaneous fat, but sometimes, during limited periods, gaining weight quickly sounds fun. I want to keep my skin as smooth as possible, accumulating soft rolls. I completely understand that some people appreciate stretch marks as they are a sign of rapid weight gain, but I want to avoid that for myself. That's why I’m interested in trying collagen supplements.

Is there anything I should consider before purchasing, like brands, quality assurance, etc.? Or are all collagen supplements more or less the same? Also, will rapid weight gain lead to more visceral fat storage? I would appreciate any advice!
