This came up a few times in chat recently and everyone went wild for it so I'm going to share a couple of recipes here that I think you'll enjoy!
Nutella: littlespicejar.com/homemade-nutella/
White Chocolate Nutella: 4you-withlove.com/2015/02/white-chocolate-nutella.html
Nutella is really simple to make. It really just is blended hazelnuts and chocolate with sweeteners. It does require a food processor or strong blender.
My personal recommendations to make it really truly worth it are to spend the money on good baking chocolate and double-boil it to melt it correctly. Save money on hazelnuts by buying them whole, then shelling, roasting, and skinning them yourself. Your house will smell amazing! It's more labor intensive but is really worth it. This year I'm going to try flavoring a batch! I get about 14oz out of each batch linked.
The white chocolate version is even easier but you'll need almonds in addition to hazelnuts.
Star crunch cookies: thebigmansworld.com/healthy-no-bake-chocolate-peanut-butter-crunch-cookies-vegan-gluten-free/
As for the star crunches, even if it's "healthy" they still taste just like you'd expect so modify to taste! I also recommend keeping them frozen (And maybe use a mold if you have one) because of the coconut oil.
Enjoy!
