thanks everyone.. I can “easily” get 4/5 thousand calories a day (including a shake) I just want to try to get to 10 thousand for a week, to see how much extra weight I gain.. but sometimes I have a week that I don’t get over 2400 calories and get full faster.. do you have any tips for that?
Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it overly much. Sometimes your body needs a break from overeating.
That said, you are experiencing weight loss, this is a good time to whip out things like juice, smoothies, and shakes. Nothing super heavy because you won't finish it.
As for the 10K calories thing, I only recommend that for masochists. You will be in near-constant pain during that week. My partner and I are sadomasochistic. This is right up our alley.
But if you don't enjoy near-constant pain? Don't do it. You will regret every choice you made up to this point.
