Finally out of the closet and hoping to get too fat to go back in

Hello all!

I've been a closeted gainer/feedee since my teens and I finally, at 41, decided to take the leap into fatness.

I'm skinny and have issues gaining and even more keeping extra weight. Tired of this, I decided to order a weight gainer online yesterday, it'll hopefully arrive on Tuesday. It's supposed to add 1200 cal per dose.

I'm so fucking excited to finally have taken the step and can't wait to notice the first results.

When I say excited, I mean like a kid the days before Christmas. I'm giddy and completely turned on by my new lifestyle choice!

I planned Christmas vacations in a month, I hope the weight gainer will help me sculpt a beach bal..., er, I meant bod. I know it won't be spectacular, given that at first I'll follow the recommendation of 2 doses per day, but finally taking this path has already changed me mentally.

I'll document my gain and probably share it here. Due to my job, I won't show my face, but I'll certainly share my body!

I wanted to share this, because getting out of the closet feels so liberating, and it's more fun if people can get a kick of my gain.

More to come when I'll start on Tuesday and if anyone is interested.

I’m gaining consistency ist key!
No one gets fat by stuffing once in a while smiley

Start to add habits, daily shakes are deffinelty one part of the equation.

I do
500ml full fat milk
100ml cream
70-100g of maltodextrin
70-100g of a protein powder

Adding up to 1200 cal.

Daily

Than having soda no light stuff


And something like always get a chocolate bare when u have the opertunity.

Using escalators, if u don’t have to walk don’t.

Increasing serving size with you daly dishes.
Ad oil when u can.

Coffee with cream.

I can assure u u pass the point of no return suner than later

So long as you follow the instructions, WG powder is fine. Just don't do things like mixing it with maltodextrin. That will mess you up - especially if you are slim starting out.

If you are a beginner, you need to start slow. I am so for serious. If you go balls to the walls - especially if you are older - your body will crumble before you can get properly fat.

And don't abandon exercise - especially if you aren't a big person. You need to train your body to handle you are larger sizes. If you don't, your body will crumble, and you'll go right back into that closet never to return.

If you are a beginner, you need to start slow. I am so for serious. If you go balls to the walls - especially if you are older - your body will crumble before you can get properly fat.

That is absolutely true, 30 min of cardio a day plus some weight training ist optimal.

Don’t add all at once go step by step take your time and see a doctor once I while to get blood work done.

Plus focus on a healthier diet, but make sure u get enough calories.

Avodcado, olive oil, nuts etc.

Make sure u mix healthy fats with good carbs for most meals.


The main goal is to maintain, and gain gradually.

I was planning to start slow anyway.

I waited 25 years to gain, I won't risk ruining everything I wished for me by being reckless.

I won't do sport, because I never did and never will, but I have a relatively active job and a lot of stairs to keep a semblance of shape. Being agoraphobic, I also tend to walk often to avoid public transports as much as possible.

for the rest I will follow your tips (the reasonable ones, although the unreasonable ones still gave me a kick in the fetish), so thank you all again!

PS : I'm on other fetish sites and forums, and you lot are the first people I interacted with who felt like human beings and not freakish online goblins.

Yes, when I saw how nice people were here, I destroyed my Feabie account. What a toxc site full of assholes and weirdoes (the bad kind, not the fun one).

I know no site is devoid of them, but I never saw such a concentration in one place, and I've been in videogames forums!
