I was thinking of maybe starting the New Year by finally committing to trying to actively gain and seeing how big I get by the end of 2025 (and maybe doing weigh-ins/progress updates every few weeks). I feel like it might be good to start fresh with a twist on the typical, "new year, new me" mindset. Plus, by not trying to push/rush to gain as much as possible over a month, I might not be as physically uncomfortable and might actually be consistent with it (both problems that I've had in the past) and see substantial results at the end of the year. Plus, a year might be good to develop permanent eating habits too lol.
