I've only ever had partners that had a limit they didn't enjoy crossing, so we always knew when she was getting too full and hurting too much. If you are lost in sub space because "hurting too much from being a glutton" is the turn on, how do manage that in the long term?
Do you rely on your partner to help make the decision for you and force you to stop, or do you have a different way of knowing when to switch to aftercare mode?
