Two things to try 1 think of Gaining shakes like Ice cream, having a bad day? have a shake till you feel better. Have a good day? have a shake to celebrate this will make those fattening shakes your coping mechnism and drive you to crave them.

2 masturbate while drinking the shakes so your brain links them to sexual pleasure making you want them when you are horny and make you horny when you want them

Ooooh, I actually did that (and still do)!
I always thought it was just made up, but now I actually always get hungry when i'm horny. Not so much horny when i'm hungry, but definetly keeping myself horny while eating made a change in my brain
