I don't know if there is a thread about it, if so, I couldn't find it.
When I got my passport almost 10 years ago I weight at least 50 lbs less so it's an understatement to say I look very different from my picture.
The increase in my adiposity transformed not only my body shape but also my face: my sunken cheeks are puffy and my angular jaw has become a double chin.
I'll have to renew my passport soon so if I ever manage to get back down to my normal weight (25-30 lbs less than I am currently), I'll have the opposite problem for the next 10 years.
I've seen some people on this website blow up some fast I wonder if any of you ever had issues with authorities not being able to identify you with your ID cards or passport?
And could facial recognition fail after a significant weight gain?
