Is 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day enough?

I'm starting to gain weight; I'm on my goal to become a fat person.
Right now, I'm eating approximately 4,000-5,000 calories a day. There was one particular day when I ate 7,000, which was my peak.

Is this rate enough? Should I be eating more? The truth is, it's very easy for me to eat those calories, and I'm not even fat yet.

4 - 5k calories is plenty - maybe even too much if you are starting. If you can handle eating that much consistently, then more power to you. But don't be stressed if you can only eat 3 kcal or less on some days. If you constantly overeat, your body sometimes forces you to take breaks.

I would also save the 7k calories for stuffing days - not regular consumption. I met my partner when he was 407 lbs. He got there by eating 4 - 5 kcal regularly.

Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Yeah, definitely. But what's clear is that it's enough. I'll see significant results soon, if I keep this up.
