Hello, I'm interested in the following. A few years ago, I gave in to my desire to gain weight and went from 63 kg at 1.85 m to 78 kg. I eventually returned to my "normal" eating habits and then lost it back to 63 kg.
I'm currently thinking about gaining weight again, maybe a little more this time...
What I'm interested in now is, is there a point or amount of weight that you can no longer lose on your own just by eating the same diet you had before you gained weight? The weight won't go away without a deliberate diet, so to speak?
Another point was that the more weight you gain, the more new fat cells are formed. If you lose weight now, is it true that with a normal diet you almost gain weight on your own if you're not careful?
What are your experiences with this?
