To be honest, for man the weight is more of a problem.
Because they tend to store the fat more in the gut.
Women often get more subcutaneous fat in hips and legs.
Plus there body is made to accept a higher body fat percentage.
I would say bmi wise below 30 there is no real danger to health if you keep you exercise and nutrition in line. For women it can go up to 35.
but u need to keep your blood pressure, glucose and ldl hdl in check.
Above that you will run in to problems. You just need to think about if it’s worth it ✌🏻
