Gaining

Seeking realistic gain shake advice

So recently I've started to try making shakes to enhance my gain. At the moment I'm eating well throttle day and then topping up I'm the evening with a shake that currently consists of:
Milk as a base
Double cream
About 200+ml of Ben & Jerry's

It's very very delicious, and goes down as easy as a glass of water, and it comes to around 1000 calories in 500/600ml.

I'm not here for short term fantasies of "make it 4000 calories of shakes every day" or any of that, because I know that long term that just isn't realistic and I have no idea what that much dairy would do to my body, so from those who have experience consistently having shakes, can you share your own best approaches and experiences of how much/often/high calorie you can have while making it something you can do often without issue?

I would like to essentially walk the line on the edge of what's reasonably maintainable so I can keep having those bonus calories without stopping.

1,000 calories from fat is about as much as the body can handle in one sitting. If you want a higher calorie shake than that, you'll need to add carbs to it. Another option is to have more servings per day.

I don't make shakes. I recently watched a youtube video about a weight gain idea, and it is absolute genius! I make pudding. I use 1 package of family-size instant pudding and mix it with about 1,200 ml of heavy whipping cream. The recipe specifies about 700 ml of milk, but when I tried that with the heavy whipping cream, it was too thick and sweet. 1,200 ml of heavy whipping cream is perfect.

This stuff is absolutely delicious and addictive. It really is a shame we can only handle about 1,000 calories of fat at a time. I could eat this pudding all day. My favorite flavors are vanilla and banana cream.

I eat this three times per day on weekends, and twice per day on weekdays, only because I don't have a suitable container for it, but I am working on that. In the meantime, I cover the third serving on weekdays by just drinking heavy whipping cream and chasing it with some cookies to get rid of the aftertaste.

Three servings per day works for me. I am able to do this consistently, every day, and I have already gained 47 pounds since January of this year.

It sure is! Heavy whipping cream is no joke.
It really is magic blimp juice. I'm glad I still have my fat clothes because I outgrew my regular wardrobe. Went from a normal weight of 158 pounds to an obese 205 pounds.

I hit a plateau, so I took a break for one week. I hope that was enough to reset things. I have been back on the heavy whipping cream for a little over a week and hope to see the pounds start piling on again.

Shit I've never really given heavy cream a chance because I could never drink it by itself, I might have to try this if it's so effective
