So I recently got injured in the gym to where I need surgery. The doctor said that I will be out of the gym for several months. That is when the thought hit me, if I am curious about this stuff, why not use this as an excuse to gain a little.
I am pretty athletic and eat a lot to keep up with my metabolism. But now that I am out of commission, why not try and experiment. I didn't do this in the past because I liked my figure and lifestyle and if I didn't like it, it would be very hard to lose it. But I'm going to take that first step and actually do it. Has anyone been in this same boat?
