I plugged my numbers into a BMI calculator. 5'3" and 275lbs. 48.7 was the result.
Then just for fun, I plugged a co-workers approximate numbers. He is 6'5" and he's mentioned that he weighs 400lbs. His result was 47.4.
He is the biggest guy I know, yet technically, I am bigger than he is. That is shocking to me to think of it in that perspective.
I know BMI doesn't tell the whole story, but still to see the comparison blew me away.
