I really don't want to sound like I'm body shaming or causing body dysmorphia, but I've noticed that when I see some gainers posting their pictures, they don't seem very ... natural?
The most common might be them having one giant bulging belly but super skinny arms and legs. That can't be healthy, right?
But things are always different if the individual is already obese or overweight in their younger years, after their weight gain, their fat will always appear more like it's distribute evenly throughout their body.
Does this only have to do with genetics and adolescence (since your adipose tissue wouldn't change their numbers after you're around 20)?
