Since the dawning of the internet this has to be documented by someone at least. Has anyone gotten so full from either inflation, stuffing, or bloating that the belly button turned from being an inne to an outtie from the pressure of being so full without having to be pregnant?

If your navel pops out, this means that you have severely injured yourself. Think a hernia or diastatis recti (spreading of the abdominal wall). If this happens to you, seek medical attention.

Bellies grow differently from one person to the next. Mine is an innie that’s gotten smaller as my ball belly has grown. My wife’s has become shallower as her large belly has only become fatter through the years.
