I noticed as I've been trying to slow down a little that i have developed several habits that really enabled my gaining, that is making it really hard to slow down! What are some of y'alls fattening/fat-enabling habits? I'll start:
1.) Doubling up on meals - when I was actively gaining I started earing breakfast at home, then going through the drive-thru before work, eating my packed lunch throughout my workday, getting takeout during my break, going to the drive-thru on my way home from work, then having dinner at home.
2.) Never going anywhere without planned places to stop and eat (even picking up tape or pens on my way home, I'll plan for a food stop)
3.) Driving everywhere (even if it's just across the street, or a few shops down in the strip mall, I'll drive instead of walk!)
